This is not a real estate ad or property management agency. CACPH is a new Art for Growth (AFG) project.
AFG is the trade name for the Christ-centered, 501 c 3, nonprofit corporation, Songs with Meaning, Inc. It's been serving communities for twenty-two years.
The following spaces are available for rental rates as low as $35.00 an hour. Community Flicks supporters receive a 10% discount on all rentals. Multipurpose Room
Relaxed, soothing space for up to 15 people. Perfect for small seminars, workshops, board meetings, business receptions, luncheons, and more. Rent starts at $50 per hour (4 hr. min).
A refundable $250 security deposit is required for this space.
Conference Room
Seats up to 6 people. Rent starts at $25 per hour with 4 hr. minimum and $35 per hour with 2-hour minimum.
Therapy Room / Office Space
Warm, peaceful atmospheric room. Perfect for therapists and consults. Rent starts at $25 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum, and $35 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. It can seat up to 4.
Writers Room / Training Room
With two magnetic whiteboards, and magnetic planning pads and labels, this room makes for the perfect writers, planning, workshop and training room. It also comes with widescreen television with HDMI and Apple TV computer connection capability. Seats up to 6. Rent starts at $35 per hour with 4 hr. minimum and $40 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. A $100 refundable security deposit is required with this room.
