INNOVATIVE, ENTERTAINING, STORIES WITH A MISSION
About Our Founder & Director
In 1998 MoriEl Randolph founded Art for Growth (AFG), the trade name for the 501 c 3 nonprofit Songs with Meaning, Inc. She has served as its Executive Director and head writer for over twenty years.
Since then, MoriEl developed into an Award Winning Screenwriter, Author, and Film Director of Family and Faith-Based films, including Impressions, and serving as a one-woman crew for the short film DUST, and seven student short films for community partner Stage Right.
She's taught hundreds of young students, ages 3 to 18, valuable life and decision-making skills through Art for Growth programs, literature, and the performing arts.
Mrs. Randolph also holds a B.S. in Cinematography, graduating as Valedictorian from Full Sail University, and a Master's Degree in Creative Writing.
With all that said, she is first and foremost a disciple of Christ and considers her work for Art for Growth, films, and theatre a ministry. The mission of her ministry is to enlighten and enrich lives through the performing arts and visual storytelling, especially those of younger generations. In 2021, through the guidance of GOD, MoriEl led Art for Growth into a national initiative. The initiative is called Community Flicks.
